Polystyrene (PS) is one of the oldest thermoplastic polymers and is a non-crystalline thermoplastic resin. It comes in two main types: General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS) and High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), both commonly used in polystyrene board production.
